All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking link once your package is shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.

In case of any unexpected delay, our support team will notify you via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.

COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order through the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

If your tracking link doesn’t update within 48 hours, please reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged product or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bahubalitoys@gmail.com with photos and order details.

Our team will investigate and resolve your issue promptly.
